"Do not use Appliance Service and Parts, Mount Vernon Ohio! I called him to do warranty work on my washer, he had me pay $300 upfront for the warranty work and I new washer top. The first appointment was scheduled for July 24 at 12pm, at 2:20pm I called to find out why he hadn't showed up. They said he was in Easton and it would still be hours before he would be there. So I rescheduled for July 30 at 1pm. On July 30th, He finally shows up at 3:30pm! Also I tried calling him 7 times and he never answered his phone. He tells me he has my parts but he hasn't fixed that type of part in 15 years and also can't find his tool needed to fix the washer. Then tells me that it's not covered under warranty even though I already had an email from Speed Queen telling me it was. I asked for my money back, he said he could but would still charge me $100 for the service call.
