I have used Biegel Plumbing for many years now for our home and rental properties and always have been extremely happy. Over the year the serviceman have been Bill, Mike and Jeff... all are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will be calling again soon to schedule another appointment since I have a list of several repairs that are needed.

I wouldn't give them anything but "A's". It's one guy that comes. Once in a while there'll be two. Last time they came there were two, but I think the guy was training somebody. They're the only plumber I've ever used.

Done quickly, professionally, and with a discount because the job was easier than expected.

I called them for emergency service so I could get the water back on in the rest of the house. I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were out in 15 minutes to get my water back on. The fix will wait until next week, but fast, friendly and professional. Can't ask for more.

Gave a quote over the phone of $300 which was the second lowest I received by $80. (The company with the lower quote couldn't do it until Saturday and I was busy all day Saturday. That's why I went with Biegel's.) I don't think he mentioned that $300 was for labor only and that parts would be extra. Shame on me for not asking. In the end, it was an additional $85 for parts which was unexpected and disappointing. He came the next day which was great. He came an hour early without notice which was not a big deal. He was able to bring in new water heater and remove old one by himself which was nice. However, his dolly scratched the outside deck stairs and the inside laminate stairs down to the basement. He tracked in a lot of dirt and leaves. He made a huge stain on the basement rug and a small stain on the entry way rug. He reused the existing vent material but did not seal the vent to the chimney, which to his defense was already like that. But, in other quotes I received, that was included, and I view that sealing that vent would be "doing it right". (Other quotes also included the addition of a drain pan and expansion chamber, but I didn't feel I needed these.) He left the drain pipe coming out of the tank to empty right next to it onto the floor, when he could have added another 18 inches to make it go into a drain. He did not clean up the area very well. He was only there 2 and a half hours which was good he wasn't there long, but bad that it cost $120 an hour for labor for a simple direct replacement. I will not use again.

All the jobs they've completed have gone smoothly with no problems.

They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves! Excellent work ethic. We would certainly hire them again.

I don't remember the exact cost, but I received a letter from my water company stating that I had used 25,0000 more gallons than usual. I called in Mr.Biegel and he came right away. It was actually a typo written by the person who took the reading. No leak,whatsover. Mr. Biegel certified that there was no leak. The water company then came back out and also certified that Mr. Biegel's reading was correct. The water company then adjusted its billing and refunded me the money spent on the plumber!

I have used Biegel's Plumbing for over 5 years now and are extremely happy with everything from how they conduct their business, their professionalism, work they have done and the cost.  They have helped with plumbing issues and plumbing updates in our home and our rental properties over the years.  I would recommend Biegel's Plumbing without hesitation ?.  I just joined Angie's list or my review would have been on here sooner.  Thank you Bill Biegel and your crew; keep up the great work!

Mr. Biegel scheduled a non-emergency job in just two days time. The price was remarkably reasonable for the work done. The all A rating is well deserved. Plus, he was quite positively responsive in allowing my 3 dogs to finally meet him, and told me he has 4 dogs of his own. My 3 responded well to him. There is no doubt I will definitely set up Biegel's Plumbing my regular provider for all plumbing. I am so grateful I finally joined Angie's list with so many past bad experiences involving residential repairs and remodeling.

I called at 8:30 a.m. this morning and by 2:30 p.m., they had been to my home and completed the work I requested. They were punctual, polite, friendly, did a great job, and I felt the cost was a good value for the work completed. I appreciate the fact that my initial phone call was returned within a couple of hours as I had also called another plumber earlier (who didn't call me back until after Biegel Plumbing had been gone 4 hours.) I wasn't expecting anyone to be able to come to my house that quickly--but I do think your phone call should be acknowledged within a few hours, which is what Biegel Plumbing does. One of the plumbers told me that calls that come into the office are forwarded to a cell phone so that customers' calls can be returned within a short period of time rather than waiting until the end of the day when they are back in the office. I will definitely call this company in the future for any plumbing needs.

When I needed plumbing help Biegel's was always ready to help. They have installed and plumbed a new kitchen sink, found and repaired several leaks, and replaced our water heater. They are knowledgeable, professional and considerate of the client's property/

We were very pleased with the service - prompt, no-nonsense, and fair pricing. We would use this service again. On another note, we have also called this service in a pinch with a quick plumbing question and they were very helpful and answered our question with no strings attached. Very helpful. Local plumbing service recommended by family. On time and spent a lot of time to get drain cleaned and provided information about the likely source of problem (cast iron) and what it would take to fix it for good. Previous plumbers had just cleaned drained quickly and problem returned quickly - going on 5 months and drain still running good - reasonable rates as well!! Highly recommend.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Phone contact was easy, I was given an estimate and detailed description of the work required (once he figured out what I was really asking for, as I kept using the wrong term for "pressure reducing valve"). He showed up on time, and after a brief inspection and discussion with the city water person, told me what needed to be done to meet code and to be able to get the pressure in the house down (after moving in, we found out our water pressure was 110-120 psi - great for a shower, but murder on toilet valves and our poor dishwasher). He also pointed out the leaky outdoor spigot valve and quoted a VERY reasonable price to fix it. Total repair took slightly over an hour, and the results looked were neat, clean, and professional looking (comparable to, if not better than, "minimum code" new construction work that I have been seeing a lot of recently). Final total was only slightly over his original estimate, and was well worth it to stop damage to our fixtures and a leak that was causing mold. Everything passed the city water inspection within minutes and the job was complete.

Thanks to the advice he provided, we save hours of work and (possibly) failing a permit inspection. Everyone, do me a favor and don't feel like you can just start calling Biegels for free plumbing advice - that wasn't my intent when I called him, he was just nice enough to understand and help out. If you need free plumbing advice, go to the big box stores - if you need a solid, honest plumber with reasonable rates and years of experience, call Biegels.
