Front desk was professional and did their job but service was slow and not professional. While I was waiting I could watch the service tech working. He would stop and chat with a friend instead of continuing to work. I went to the service manager so he could correct the lack of work being performed.

It went good. Great quality and price but slow repair.

Service was quick. Was charged price quoted. Gave me advice and I love price includes free rotation. Dealt with them for years and have always been treated professionally.

The tires for our car were purchased at Smetzer's Tire approximately 2 years ago. We have the tires rotated free of charge ~ every 6000 miles. You don't need an appointment, so sometimes you have a wait a bit, but they have a very comfortable waiting room with coffee. The cost of the tires was not the cheapest (we checked around) but they were not the most expensive either. They had the tires we needed in stock and they were installed the same day. We were not happy with the previous tire experience from another company in Wooster (they had actually put the wrong size tires on the car), so we tried Smetzer's. They are very friendly and good people. We recommend them, highly.

As always, it went smoothly and expeditiously.

We called them in Mansfield to see if they could work us in after we got a flat. They don't take appointments, I believe. It did take about 2 hours on a busy Saturday to get us back on the road. But for the price, it seemed worth it. They were super friendly, even with our 5 month old who had had it by that point. All around nice place.
