"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "We hired Shawn and his crew to do a driveway extension and patio. Before I get into the details their work is good, looks great. Let's talk about all the issues. The crew was very disrespectful to our neighbors and us. They were eating lunch and were throwing chicken bones on our yard. Not good for people with dogs, we asked them to please not do that, and the foreman made them pick them up. They then decided to hide the trash in with the excess dirt and dump it on the border of my neighbor's yard and ours. One of Shawn's foremen and myself walked and picked up the trash through the dirt and other trash left in our yard, plus a few tools they had left. The crew also went to the neighbors on the other side of us and used their hose. They broke some vinyl siding, and cemented our shed skirting shut. Shawn has a good heart; he did send his foreman out to fix everything and is supposed to make good with the damages. He said he is dropping off a check this morning, I guess we'll wait & see"

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
