The girls were friendly and professional. I gave them a tour of the house, after that they jumped right in. I was a little nervous about the price. First timers are charge hourly and my house was dirty or should I say surface clean. We had to break the cleaning up into 2 days. Day 1 they cleaned 3 bathrooms, family room and 3 bedrooms. I don’t know how they got the bathrooms as clean as they did. We have the worse water. I don’t know what products they used or it was elbow grease to deal with the mineral deposits. Day 2 they cleaned the kitchen which was amazing, foyer, living room and dining room. After they fInished I was amazed. With a bad back I can’t do much. I was ready to sale because I couldn’t keep it cleaned. But when they left my house it looked like Mr. Clean cleaned. I am now on the schedule to have monthly cleanings with a set rate. Would I recommend them. YES. Forgot to mention I have 2 dogs.

They have been cleaning our house once a week for 25 years. They clean our house every Friday. I am probably going to use them again next Friday.

After trying 2 or 3 of their unsatisfactory teams, we finally found a gal who actually came once a month and did a good job. So, in that respect, we were satisfied. Interestingly, our troubles started when their office manager went two months in a row without calling to schedule a day and time.. From that point forward, our only contact with the owner or management was via text (their preferred form of communication), which I find to be very impersonal. Not my preferred way to operate a business! Today, our gal came to do her monthly clean and she did her usual good job. Towards the end of her clean, I wrote her a check for the agreed amount of $107.00. Our gal said that the price had increased (to $114.00) and that we had been sent a letter to that effect by the office manager (whoops there she is again). We, as you can tell, never received any notification. I then texted the office manager (their preferred form of communication) to confirm the price increase. I was informed, via text, (there's that impersonal text again) that she had mailed our letter and it must have been lost in the mail? Although I realize that is a possability, I felt that she acted like it was my fault that I was not aware of the price increase and I will admit that she did say that I could go ahead and pay the old rate, which was all that I was going to pay anyway. I however felt that, as a customer, I was not appreciated and decided to call the owner. To my chagrin, I found the owner to be in complete agreement with her office manager and she even suggested that I look for another service. As a former owner of a company for 16 years, I understand the concept and reason for price increses. I however feel it is the company's responsibility to make sure the customer is notified. I am especially offended that they would try to blame everybody else, myself included, (BUT THEMSELVES), for their lack of communication with their customer's. I do not appreciate this type of ownership and management and I felt compelled to advise furure customers of their impersonal management practices..

The girls did a wonderful job. They were friendly and had a good rapport with each other--you could tell they had worked together before. I think the job was a bit larger than they expected because their supervisor had to come in to help them finish on time. But because of a death in the family and the fact that I needed help right away, the person I talked to on the phone did the estimate over the phone instead of coming out. I am extremely grateful that they were able to help on such short notice. They came in, did the work, had fun doing it, and gave me some tips on my hardwood floors. God bless you, Helping Hands. I will definitely be calling them again--hopefully not under similar circumstances.

They arrived on time and moved and cleaned everything. We were completely satisfied with their service and have set up a regular cleaning schedule. We would recommend them to any one wanting a complete cleaning at a reasonable price.

They did four hours of work. Hillary is who usually comes and she is just very good, very thorough and very careful. There is nothing I dislike. I like the fact that when I call they respond right away. I'm not a regular customer, I just have them before holidays and she still gets Hilary out here and I appreciate that since I'm not a regular customer. On the special occasions that I need them they are there. I've had a second girl that comes with Hilary and they are all very well trained, they use their own equipment but use my cleaning supplies.

They were good. It was a team of people who came in. I dealt with one woman who owned the company and she would send out her team. We stopped using them not because of their service, but because we were getting married, and needed to put out money elsewhere.

I needed help. They were very punctual professional land thorough. They were very careful with my things. They were respectful. I didn’t have to worry about my things being broken and ruined.

I called and left a message. Donelle responded in less than an hour. I told her what I was looking for and an appointment was made at which at that time the list was reviewed during a tour of the house. She provided me with an estimate via e-mail a few hours later. Donelle was very professional, provided good communication and was easy to work with. She worked with my hectic schedule and her crew did everything requested by the specified date. The house looked terrific!

They cleaned all our floors, all baseboards, mirrors, bathrooms, appliances in and out and our wood blinds. They did a great job. We are now on a monthly cleaning schedule.

Helping Hands was a recommendation from a friend. I hired them to clean our new house prior to moving in. They cleaned all hard floors (carpets I hired separetly), all baseboards, appliances in and out, and bathrooms. They did such a nice job, we hired them to clean the condo we were moving out of. They were able to schedule this with less than a day notice.
