Nelson's Cleaning

Excellent attention to detail. We had a crew come deep clean our house. I'm pretty picky and they exceeded my expecations. They took the screens out of my skye lights so they could clean them! I've used Nelson's occassionally for the last 10 years when we've moved homes and their work has been incredibly consistent. I prefer to do the regular cleanings myself but not I am seriously considering bring them in regularly. My house looks and smells fantastic, like I just moved in. My house is fairly big 4600.00 and it was worth every penny. I definetly got my money's worth and the crew was just lovely to work with.

We used Nelson’s cleaning every other week for approximately 2 years. Over that time the quality of the cleaning declined significantly. They initially did a nice job, but began to routinely miss areas, rush the job, and the final straw which led to us stopping their services involved them damaging our countertops. They placed bottles of cleaning chemicals on our countertops and the countertops are not permanently stained. The owner came to investigate & denied his team cause the damage. They were obviously lying. I am very disappointed & would not recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time and immediately got started. Everyone was polite and focused on their work. They finished on time as well-8:30-3:30 . The attention to detail was amazing even the oven racks were cleaned. The entire house from top to bottom was immaculate. I have used them before and will definitely use again

Okay, but they would clean (or clean around) fragile items (pictures, TV, knick-knacks, etc.); ceramic floors were okay, but we saw they didn't move rugs in some instances; we had to keep asking them to clean base of shower stall and shower stall floor.

They come every other week. They charge each time, it's an agreed price.

There have been very few changes as to people doing work and they notify us ahead of time of those. Would definitely recommend them for your housecleaning needs

Simone has been cleaning my house for several years now on a monthly basis and has done an excellent job at a very fair, reasonable price. With other companies, I would come home the day after the house was cleaned just to clean some more and their rates were significantly higher. With Simone and her crew, I have never had come home to do more cleaning. I come home and the house looks good and smells clean. Rosa has also been very accommodating the few times I have had very specific requests for cleaning days or times. She was always able to work with me to best accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Nelson's Cleaning and am sad that we are moving out of town and no longer require their services. THANK YOU for all you have done for me and my house!

As others had reviewed, it was a rough start in terms of communication only. The crew that has been cleaning our home has done a wonderful job. We've been using this service for about four months now. Prices are competitive.
