The Soft Touch cleaners were efficient, pleasant and thorough. My house looks great! I highly recommend this company.

The cleaning team arrived on time and gave our house a deep clean, that included a fridge and oven cleaning. We are very pleased with the work they performed and are looking forward to using them on a monthly basis!

Corresponded through Angie's List. They initially contacted me and then didn't any more. I reached out a total of 3 times and never heard a response.

Very poor communication . . . (10/15/2019) would be my second time using Soft Touch Cleaning Services. I had great difficulty reaching anyone scheduling my first service, nonetheless, I was able to schedule. The professionals did a very good job - I give their cleaning 4/5 stars. I had a second appointment scheduled for 10/15/2019 btwn 2-3pm arrival time. At 3:05pm I text Jorge requesting an updated arrival time - no response. Between 3:05pm and 5:30pm I called and text multiple times inquiring if they were still coming - no answer/no response. This is not a reliable cleaning service, I will not use again.

Excellent!! Used them for bi-weekly cleaning as well as a move out clean. Always consistent, worked quickly and house smelled wonderful. Highly recommend!

They went above and beyond what I asked. I was very happy with the results.

They did a pretty good job! They clean well in general, though sometimes the details (i.e. nooks & crannies) were missed. There were very responsive and able to fit me in with relatively short notice. I would use them again.

They did a good job. They seem careful with items they were dusting. The place was messy and now it looks really nice.

Great - I feel bad for not leaving a great review earlier because they did a great job with the house as well as being great with the fact that our kids were moving around the house a lot while they cleaned. Just two people spent ~3 hours and cleaned a 1800 sq ft property from top to bottom right before a party. Looking forward to hiring them again.

They did a good enough job that I hired them to clean the house once a month. They sweep/vacuum and dust all the rooms and clean the bathrooms and kitchen counters, front of appliances and stove top. A crew of three people come in to clean in about an hour and a half. They are very easy to work with. When I need to change the date I just call them and they work me in on another day. I would definitely recommend.

3 people come each time and thoroughly clean our 2 story condo in 1 1/2 hours. They are pleasant and always on time. They bring all their own equipment and supplies.

Damaged Venetian Blinds: They were bent in the master bedroom yet none of the 3 cleaners came to tell me about the problen! Then Jorge (the manager) took more than 6 Weeks to honor his commitment to fix the problem! I had considered staying with the company and just having the manager send a second, more reliable team, but Jorge seemed too distracted or busy to arrange another cleaning!

Punctual. The three people got straight to work. Polite. I will hire again.

A crew of three cleaned and vacuumed the whole house along with dusting and wiping down the blinds. Although not part of the original order, I decided to have the fridge also cleaned internally at the last minute and was able to be accommodated. I was very happy with the results and would consider them again in the future.

they did a good cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom. dusting not as careful. The sweeper that they used was not as good as mine. wanted too much money for a second visit $125. for 2/3 hrs.

Good, however, scheduling was a bit tough. Would be better if we could have had options and understood availability of crew to be able to pick a date and time.

Carlos and crew were great. They went around all the ceilings and the walls and removed cow webs; completly cleaned the bathrooms, dusted ( including wall art, ceiling fans and picked up the items on surfaces and dusted each), swept, mopped up the kitchen and bathroom floors, removed the garbage, changed a bed,. Three people were here 1 1/2 hours and cleaned a condo with three beds., 2 baths, kitchen and great room. I'm completely satisfied.

It was absolutely perfect. They're quick, efficient, do a good job and their price is great. They would get an A+ for punctuality.

I have had cleaning services before; some terrible and some very good. I can say without hesitation that SoftTouch Cleaning is the best service I have ever hired. My entire home simply sparkled. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I will work with them again.
