"I was so happy! During an especially hard rain 5-6 weeks ago, I noticed water pouring over my gutter and filling up my window well! In the pouring rain, I checked the drain at street level and it was clear. My glass block window was holding back the water as I bailed out the water but right then I knew I needed to do more. Gutter Boys did great job on a detached garage a year before so I called them again. They responded to my call quickly. Bobbie came out and recommended not only getting guards but also getting a larger gutter. He showed me the two quotes (one with just the guards and one with the guards and the larger gutter/drain -- and I decided to get the larger gutter/drain. It was less than two weeks and they were able to do the installation. Abraham was the team lead and did a great job answering my questions and listening to my concerns for landscaping and doing a thorough job. They finished the job on a Wednesday and four days later we had another super down pour of rain -- that gutter/drain did a great job moving all the water away from the house. I was so happy that I called them when I did, that they were responsive, that I said yes to the quote, that they came out in good time, and that the job was done so well. I gave them 4 stars on cost -- I did not shop around for a quote and they will tell you they aren't the cheapest in town so you are going to pay a bit more -- but that extra cost is worth the peace of mind I will have each time we have those heavy rains! And I will call them to do gutters in the back of house -- I do appreciate that they are happy to take care of my gutter guards and replacement one section of my house at a time. show more

"The gentleman came out to my mothers home but I will sample it was a really knowledgeable on what he was telling us and showing us the different products but then we need done the estimate it was very high so it was what my mom wanted some money was no object on that so she went with that but when we questioned him on it and we called the office the lady said that he quoted us the wrong price so they made an adjustment on it which didn’t sit well with my brother because he thought how can he make that much of a mistake is of us it was a nice jump off price like $1000 mistake she said she would’ve caught it when I got to the office but that’s really not the point but mama like product so we went with it for the house but then after that she wanted to get her garage done and we asked him about it and they never got back with us it was like they done the house and didn’t want to give him a quote a quote for the garage so we can go ahead and get her garage done so when you asked me what I recommend them to someone else I don’t know because on her profile says they’re here in Ohio but they told us they were from Cincinnati so it’s kind of questionable kind of shady a little bit so Angie I would say you need to find out and let us nowshow more

"Employees were on time and courteous. Protected walls and furniture from hose used during process. Everything went smoothly, they were professionals. The rug was pretty wet, needed 4-6 hours before could walk on, 24 hours of drying time before we could return furniture onto carpet (we moved some furniture out of the rooms. Other furniture stayed in place and they cleaned around and under it). Price was excellent. They have someone at the phones during work hours to answer questions, which is more of a rarity these days. Excellent price. I highly recommend.show more
