"Chris did a complete inspection of our gutters as he was cleaning them. He also took before and after pictures of our gutters. As he was running water to test the flow of our downspouts he discovered we had a crack in the downspout coming down from the main roof to our porch gutters. He also became aware that the gutter that ran under ground from our house out to our sidewalk was being blocked. Which would cause the water to back up & force the water to over flow the gutters on the main roof. He then took the time to help us clear the blockage as much as he could. I can not thank him enough for the complete job he did for us. He did more for us than what the actual job needed in making sure that water would flow out to our sidewalk away from our house correctly.
