I thought that was standard when cleaning windows. There were also a few streaks left behind. The men were nice but I wasn't happy with the job they did."

Cleaned out inside perimeter of basement walls/ceiling of old insulation and insulated entire basement with spray foam. Added mortar around windows. Also suggested waterproofing system and adding sump pump, but this work was not performed due to pricing.
