We have had leaky roof issues after previous roofing jobs and "repairs" by multiple companies in our area. Carl T. Johnson's people quickly found the prior installation problems within a day of our call. They scheduled us as soon as possible and worked to re-install the roof, vents and seals correctly. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were conscientious about clean-up. They demonstrated care about the homeowner's needs and history with other roofers. The B in punctuality may be unfair. There were circumstances out of their control that delayed the start of work.

The owner of the company came out on Friday to evaluate the situation and said he could have someone do the work the next day. The roofer, JR, came right on time Saturday morning, but the roof was still covered in frost, as it was about 10 degrees that day! He said he would return at 11, giving the roof time to thaw, and again he arrived right at 11. He immediately hit the roof, brought down the faulty shingles, showed us what had happened, explained why, then proceeded to fix the problem. JR was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and skilled at what he does. We were delighted to have the problem fixed before the real snow started to fall!
