I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

He and his JET Team used the latest technology, a high pressure water jet, to cut the roots out of my downspouts with ease, and I have a very long downspout system over 150' total. "I don't think I will hire them again. The reason is because they needed to release some water from the line so I had an old washer hookup in my basement so instead of using the sink next to it he used the washer faucet where the water was release on my floor. I had blankets & cardboard boxes near by. I thought that they would have at least asked for a bucket. They turned this faucet on twice during the service."

"Both projects went well.  The technician arrived on time, coordinated the sewer-jet arrival and cleaned up after hmself.  Since it was later in the day, he could not finish the gas line installation, but set a time to return and was again prompt and efficient. 
The only problem during these projects was when he attempted to power wash my sump pump, the water jet broke a notch where it attaches to the rod.   After determining that the warehouse did not have one in stock, he promptly ordered it from the supplier and completed the repair the following week.  He just left his service sump pump here until that time.  I appreciated his efforts.
I was very pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of the work and would definitely use Mr. Rooter again."
