"My mothers gas water heater went out she lives in Circleville, OH and I live in Florida and was unable to help her. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was very prompt and professional and were able to replace the unit within a couple days so my mother was able to have hot water again! "Both projects went well.  The technician arrived on time, coordinated the sewer-jet arrival and cleaned up after hmself.  Since it was later in the day, he could not finish the gas line installation, but set a time to return and was again prompt and efficient. 
The only problem during these projects was when he attempted to power wash my sump pump, the water jet broke a notch where it attaches to the rod.   After determining that the warehouse did not have one in stock, he promptly ordered it from the supplier and completed the repair the following week.  He just left his service sump pump here until that time.  I appreciated his efforts.
