Although Stay Dry has had good reviews from home improvement websites in the past, their current quality and customer service levels do not meet the good review comments they once received. I contracted with Stay Dry to clean up a mold problem I had in my basement and cracking problem I had on my front basement wall. I was told by the Stay Dry representative that they would dig down from the exterior of my home to the point where my exterior wall met my basement floor and would fill all cracks apparent on the exterior and interior wall. I was told this needed to be done in this manner to prevent water from seeping through the crack from the top of the wall to the bottom of the wall in the future. When the work was being completed, the Stay Dry foreman told me that they only dig down three individual cement blocks. He said they were not going to dig"
