They removed the old cover and replaced with new one. Crew was very pleasant, neat and completed the job in far less time than I anticipated. Everyone I dealt with at Giant was pleasant, informative and met every expectation.

Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!

Chris came to the house to estimate the replacement of our patio cover. The father and son crew that came to do the job were very professional. We are quite happy with the patio cover and glad that we had Giant Factory Direct do the installation.

The estimate for the project was more than fair so I had Giant Factory Direct put a new cover over the front entrance to my house.
They put in the footers for the posts, then returned in a couple of days to install the rest of the cover.
The cover installed is a flat pan 8' 6" x 13' 3". The weather was turning cold with some warm days. The installer came out, put up the cover even though it was cold outside. He did an excellent job.
We have had several high wind warnings since it was installed and it is still in perfect condition.
I would highly recommend this company, they consistently do a good job.

I contacted Giant Factory Direct after seeing a TV advertisement. I spoke with Chris Cornett and made an appointment to get an estimate. The estimate was more than fair, so I contracted with them to do the work. They replaced the damaged patio cover with a 3" insulated roof. The installer was courteous, on time and did an excellent job. I noticed a water leak around the downspout.
When I notified Giant Factory Direct of the leak, they came right out and fixed the problem. The patio cover looks terrific with no leaks. I would highly recomment this company
