"Short version: this company is untrustworthy, unorganized, dishonest, negligent, unresponsive, and apathetic to their customers after they've caused damages and a financial loss, even though they are supposedly insured. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I give them 0/5 stars. Long version: I had an appointment with Wells at 10 AM on Monday, January 8th, 2024, to check the back-up battery for our sump-pump; it had been going off, indicating that the battery needed to be replaced. We also had noticed a little water on the floor next to where the sump pump is located. Steve and another plumber arrived over 3 hours late. One of the first things he said to me was that "the front-desk lady likes to schedule a lot of appointments." Steve first told me that the main sump pump needed replaced, so I agreed to this. After a few minutes, he then told me that it didn't need to be replaced after all and that the float had been stuck. He indicated on our appointment notes that the "main pump is operational." He also told me it would be cheaper for us to replace the back-up battery ourselves. Before leaving, he said to let him know if that didn't fix the problem. On Friday, January 12, 2024, we got a lot of rain. I went into my basement and noticed my carpet was soaking wet. I called Wells several times before getting ahold of the owner, Taylor, seeking emergency services because it was after hours. He asked me if I could tell if it was getting worse or not, because it could save me a little money to not pay the weekend rate if I waited for someone to come out on Monday to look at it. I asked that he send someone ASAP. He said he would send his head plumber, Steve, to my house first thing Saturday morning. Steve came to my house Saturday morning and assessed the problem. He replaced the sump pump and said, "I should have replaced it the first time." I fully believe that if he had replaced it the first time, my basement wouldn't have suffered the consequences. I also believe that he was rushing due to being so behind on appointments that day, and he was negligent in his diagnosis. Our carpet was completely ruined. The pad underneath was soaked and not salvageable. Our TV stand and baseboards also had water damage and needed to be replaced. My insurance company estimated the cost of repairs to far exceed what they would pay us. I called Wells and talked to Rosie for 4 minutes on January 16, 2024. After explaining the situation, I asked if I could have Taylor's number because I wanted to discuss a solution. She said she couldn't give his number out, so I asked if she could ask him to give me a call. A few days go by, and I don't hear from Taylor. I called again and talked to her on January 19, 2024, for 4 minutes. I again expressed wanting to be able to come to a solution about the damages we sustained. I never heard from Taylor. I felt like they were avoiding me, so I consulted a lawyer. He said I needed to repair everything before seeking payment from Wells. In the process of making repairs, we had another plumber install an updated sump pump system. He commented on the shoddy work done previously. In August 2024, Rosie called my husband asking him to pay our outstanding bill. He explained we hadn't paid it because of the damages they caused. She claimed it was the first time she was hearing about it, which was 100% untrue given I had talked to her twice about it. At this time, I submitted all of our receipts from our repairs to our lawyer. In the summer of 2025, my lawyer reached out to Taylor seeking payment for our repairs. He claimed this was the first time he was hearing about it. My lawyer offered to help him file a claim through his insurance to pay for the repairs. He was worried about his insurance rates going up if he filed a claim. So much so, that he hired a lawyer. He would rather pay legal fees than take accountability and do the right thing! They were unwilling to compromise, so we're left on the hook and paid over $10k for their mistake. IT SHOULD NOT GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND THAT THEY (SUPPOSEDLY) HAVE INSURANCE!"

The crew, Zach, Craig, Hunter, and Josh were the hardest workers ever and couldn’t have been more friendly and pleasant. All four, and Nick, went out of their way to put my mind at ease about the process. The crew are more than skilled workers, they are craftsmen. They did meticulous work and went above and beyond. While routing a line to avoid tearing up a garden bed, a huge rock had to be hacked out of the ground. It’s now a cool garden feature since one of the crew kindly offered to wash it off and haul it over to one of the garden beds! The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise. "Ryan Phillips, the owner's son, came out to give an estimate on repairing a cracked bowing foundation as well as repairing water leaking into basement. He was honest and very knowledgeable on the problem and how to repair it. We decided to hire Phillips over many of the other companies that used high pressure sales tactics and had inferior products (drain pipe on top of footer/carbon fiber repairs). The work was done by a crew over two days and overseen by the owner, Bruce. They put up plastic over everything and cleaned up after they were done. They also installed new underground 4" downspout drain line. It's been about a year since the work was done and there hasn't been any leaks. Would highly recommend."

"Fantastic job by Rain One. I had to have all new pipes put in from my house to the street. There were numerous bushes and plants to navigate but they did a fantastic job. They also use a sod machine so that when they are finished they can put the grass back and you don't have big lines of dirt. My neighbor recently had the same work done by another contractor and they didn't do this so they had to patch the grass and it looked bad all summer. Their crew also worked very hard and was very polite. I highly recommend Rain One."

"I purchased a very rural home in 2017 and found it had very hard water with lots of iron. Aqua Systems fixed everything. The home's water system was leased from a company that begins with "H". Their system constantly allowed iron to leak through ruining clothes. Bath and dish water would turn dark in just a few minutes. I bought Iron Out in bulk. They were out twice a month for 8 months trying to fix and tweek the system. "H" even replaced the both the softener and iron filter with no success. As a result, I contacted six different water treatment providers, brought them each into my home for water testing and sales pitches. I researched water treatment and read up from different extension offices. (University of Georgia and Penn State both have a lot of info online). I can tell you half the salesmen didn't know what they were talking about. Mike Jackson with Aqua Systems was the exception. He knew exactly what was going on and how to treat it. They also offered the latest technology in dealing with the iron. "H" had old school tech (potassium permanganate) which Lowes or Home Depot doesn't even sell anymore to maintain the system. Plus it is a harmful chemical. I was hesitant to purchase a system since I was burned by the lease from "H". I thought they had the answer when I signed a lease. I was able to get out of their lease since they didn't keep their end of the lease - they didn't provide good water. Aqua Systems gave me a lease with the option to buy. Try out their product and 100% satisfaction guarantee. It has been more than six months now and I could not be happier with our water. Not one problem with iron and a R/O system with incredible pressure. Trust me. I did all the research... I interviewed all the companies. You will be happy with Aqua Systems."
