Keen Well & Pump

They dropped everything to help us, and had water to our house in a couple days

I called and left a message. I was called back the next day. I explained the issue and was given an approximate price  including every possible scenario, which is what i asked for. We made an appointment. The 1st appointment had to be cancelled because we has tons of rain in April and IF they had to pull into the yard to pull the pump...well that would be a mess. The 2nd appointment was made and they came half an hour early. To the basement we went, and yes the check valve was indeed noisy, but he said it was most likely 1 of 2 check valves underground on the well pump itself. More expensive. I was skeptical of course. (Although it was one of the price scenarios I was given.) He told me if I wanted him to replace the one in the basement he would, but he could almost guarantee it would not fix the problem. He explained everything and I told him, ok pull the pump. They pulled the pump and replaced the 1 barely functioning check valve. The other check valve was fine. The well pump itself is 25+ yrs old, so I asked if we should just go ahead and replace the pump while it was pulled ? He said he wouldn't. It is working fine. WOW ! Ok then. I like that. Honesty, not
*lets run up the bill *. They flushed out everything before turning the water back on in the house. And guess what ? The check valve in the basement WAS fine. Just like he said, the problem WAS underground. I am writing this in December, the work was done in April, and everything is great. It took 2 hours. They were prompt, everything was explained and we are very happy with the service. =D

Steve was very nice to offer his time to give an explanation of how to maintain my well.  I ordered a product from them; I got it a day or two after I spoke with them.

It's a very good organization. I would recommend people to call them and use them because they are good. Sometimes you have to wait for the good guys for a while. We have been using them for years.

They are just wonderful. They have always been able to come through with any of the well work that we have needed. They come in a timely fashion and they always get the job done. I do not know how competitive the prices are, however I know that competitive or not they are worth the money. I give them A+++ for their service!
