"Chris Ruh came to my home to look at the concrete work I thought I might need in the curb area in front of my house. Firstly, Chris is very patient and very personable. He proceeded to thoroughly examine and measure the area. He took his time to discuss how work could be done. The work would be quite an expense. Most importantly, Chris discussed with us whether the work was really needed and whether it would be worth the cost to get only a slight benefit, if any, from the work. We felt we had received excellent advice from a very experienced gentleman and decided against having the work done. "After two fairly severe winters, we had some settling of the hardscapes that Friebel's Quality Landscaping had installed (see earlier review for the original project). We were very pleased by the original installation, but the real test of a contractor is how he stands behind his work. Jeff (the owner) came out to take a look at the settling in March while it was still quite cold. As soon as it had warmed up, he had a crew out to fix the hardscape which is now as good as new.
