He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "The old green monster (Niagara)gave up the ghost after many yrs of faithful serviceon one of the coldest days. Called a few heating services but they were the first to respond and supply an Eta. Service arrived when expected and diagnosed problem but because of the age no parts available. Was able to bandaid the problem so had heatSalesperson arrived that night during a snowstorm so I could get the replacement the next day. Installation techs arrived next day. Can't say enough about Jeff and Eddie--was not an easy job to remove that old cast iron furnace and the cement pedestal. Explained the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional and left the basement cleaner than how they found it. As this was an urgent situation did not have the luxury of investigating costs but I feel that the price was fair for all the labor involved.
