On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me.
