"The technician that came out to my house came down from New York to PA. He called with an approximate arrival time the morning of the appointment and arrived within 15 minutes of the estimated time.

During every step of the appointment he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The appointment took about 4 hours overall because of the condition of the vents in the home I had just purchased. Plus, the technician took the time to educate me when I had questions. He also recommended some basic things to keep our system in good repair going forward.

"IT IS A VERY TEDIOUS JOB INVOLVING REMOVAL ON SEVERAL PIPES AND  THE FREON AND THEN WELDING IN A NEW SWITCHING VALVE AND  REFILLING THE FREON.  THIS IS NOT A FUN JOB ON A HOT DAY.
