"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. "My overall experience with the company was good. They met all appointments on time, showing concern of other appointments while scheduling. They educated me on my Radiant Heating system in my home, exceeding my expectations on the repair job and staying within my budget. The key to my choosing them was their sincerity in informing me "the first thing we must do is check to see if the system is holding". They provided great service. Thanks for a job well done."

"The technician arrived for the appointment and confirmed that the backflow was preventing the system from pressurizing. He said he had to submit his findings and the company would be in touch. A month goes by and I call the HVAC company for resolution to the matter. They inform me that if the boiler/radiators are heating (which they are), they aren't authorized by AHS to repair the backflow preventer. We have to be entirely without heat in order for them to do anything. Fine...but what's not fine is that both AHS and the HVAC company could have told me this (based on what I told them) BEFORE the $75 service call for the technician to tell me exactly what I already knew from my regular technician. Nothing resolved, money literally wasted."
