I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. So what do you think- you pay 13 grand to prote c t you from power outages but when it is faulty you are at the mercy of what appears to be a lack of technicians and VERY poor service. Its April 29 and havent heard back from them. The say they will call back and dont. Recommend you stay away frpm thi compNy!"

He discussed safety concerns, offered reasonable upgrades and even stopped the job and ran for better parts when he realized what he had purchased wasn’t as good as he would like.
