"Top notch company! Had Jon come out for an estimate right away. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions! We went with the company because their prices were fair, and honestly, the friendliness of Jon! A couple weeks later, Jon and his partner came out to install 2 sub panels, a hot tub disconnect, and added 3 ceiling fans. They were both extremely professional, and knowledgeable!! They did exactly what they came to do, in a timely manner, and kept a clean workspace! All in all, I’m extremely satisfied with this company and their employees!!! Don’t hesitate to use them, I know I will be!"

"The results are excellent. Both rooms look great with the outdated wallpaper removed and fresh colors applied. Considering both rooms are small, I thought the cost was pricey, but admit that I didn't get a second estimate. The hallway was an easier job, both in paper removal and painting. The bathroom was more difficult, that paper had been up for 25 years and was very stubborn. So, I couldn't have done the job myself, the results are great, and I'm glad I chose these painters."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Exhaust fans push air out of spaces, removing moisture, heat, odors, and pollutants. They vent air outside through ducts, preventing mold and improving air quality. Unlike ventilation fans, which circulate fresh air in and out, exhaust fans focus solely on expelling unwanted indoor air.

There are many types of ceiling fans, from self-automated smart ceiling fans to outdoor ceiling fans that provide additional comfort to your patio. What you choose all comes down to function and personal taste.

Consider your ceiling height when selecting a ceiling fan. Rooms with ceilings under eight feet high will do well with low-profile ceiling fans, also known as flush-mount or hugger ceiling fans. If your home has cathedral ceilings or ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high, you’ll need a large ceiling fan with a heavy-duty motor to get adequate air circulation.

For a 12x12 room, a fan between 36" and 50" will work, as it falls in the range for spaces up to 144 square feet. These size fans provide adequate air circulation and ensure a comfortable environment without being overpowering. Even better, they come in a broad range of styles, offering aesthetics and functionality, making them suitable choices for maintaining an ideal room temperature and enhancing overall comfort.

Yes, you can oil an electric fan with machine or motor oil but don’t use cooking oil because it can become thick or seize up, damaging the fan. Before oiling your fan, turn it off and remove any dust and debris. Wipe away any excess lubricant after oiling.

Yes, dust and pollen on a fan can trigger allergy attacks in many people. Additionally, fan blades can hold onto potentially dangerous bacteria particles before they die out. That’s why it’s important to keep all of the fans in your home clean and dust-free, which will help avoid any sickness or allergy flare-ups.
