Looking to remodel our bathroom we got a quote from Steve, when I saw he had electrical experience, we hired him to replace our fan and installed 2 new outlets for a very reasonable price. Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Estimate for $2600 to upgrade 100 amp to 200 amp electrical panel. Charged me double the estimate, per the inspector (who failed the electrical work done) he installed 100 amp to a sub-panel with NO main on/off switch (so he knew this was not 200 amp). The inspector also commented on the 100 amp wire having electrical tape before entering the sub-panel (unacceptable). Called to give him a chance to redeem himself and he said he just could not remember (only been a week). Call ended. He called me back to say he did not remember an additional panel. I ended the call with **You charged me $5000 expletive for 100 amp service** Same thing I had BEFORE he was hired and I am out $5300. Negative across the board.

"well I know this particular client is an old job however it did not include all the new wiring and electrical I ran upstairs such as outlets switches work boxes for new lighting I also was brought to the home by the client's husband pointing out and physically showing me the box that they wanted me to redo I replace that box with I believe 100 to 150 amp box which was sufficient for what they had in the home when I was contacted by the client I asked to come back and fix it and told them I would take care of it and I got cursed out and hung up on so I had no opportunity to redeem or make this project better."

Hot water heater failed. A new heater had to be ordered, purchased and installed. Steve ordered new heater, picked it up when it had arrived at the store and installed it and took old one away in 2 hours. Store had to order new one and it took 6 days. As soon as it arrived , it was picked up, and installed, a day earlier than expected.

Steve was quick to answer his phone even while on a weekend fishing trip. We appreciated that because we had no hot water. Our heater had quit working. He is very professional and respectful. He was able to replace and install our new heater in record time. A BIG THANK YOU for his service.
