"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs."

"Very qualified but no discounts for elderly or miltary. Cost was high for the work that was completed. $400 to clean a drain. Your chose. We were close to Easter and hosting family gave us no choose but to accept the cost. Being a retired military in our 80's made this hard to accept, but again no time to shop around"

"Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. If needing a plumber in the future, Josh will be the first I call."

"We had a problem and they came out 3 days in a row. Roots in pipes drain backing up on basement . On Christmas Eve brought equipment and got it cleaned out enough to work until I can get permanent solution done after 1st of yr. I am very thankful to them . eve"
