I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. "Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!
