Started with a deep clean of our home - top to bottom! We were happy with the affordability and level of service that we continued regular house cleaning. The team was efficient, thorough, and kind.

This company is amazing, I live in Florida, and was trying to find somebody to clean my uncles home in Cincinnati. His house had not been clean in several months, these guys came in and did a tremendous job of getting his house back in order! I have never heard my uncle be so thrilled after his house was clean by anyone! I would highly recommend these guys for your cleaning needs in your home!

Residential Deep Cleaning

I was so very impressed with the initial deep cleaning of our home. Fernando and his cleaning team went from top to bottom of our home, cleaning everything as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. They were on time, very professional and didn't leave a surface untouched. They were here quite some time, being so conscientious and leaving the house in perfect order. We have hired Chappell to clean our house regularly as we were so impressed. I would definitely recommend them as we've had a number of cleaning companies in the past and they have really never met our expectations. I can say that Fernando and his team exceeded my expectations -- that's the first time I have ever said that about a cleaning service.

Mr.Chappell and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They were very thorough in their cleaning. They started at 8:30 and were finished a little after noon. My bathrooms and kitchens are shiny, everything smells good and the floors look wonderful. We had 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining, living room and basement cleaned. We will be repeat customers!

House cleaning is going very well. I have been hiring made in cleaning services for over 15 years and this company is the best experience ever. They are very professional . They clean and shine every appliance, cabinetry, and floors. My house shines when they leave. They go beyond the call of duty even folding laundry.

Fernando responded to my initial inquiry here very quickly, and arranged to come by and see the house to give me a quote. He is very friendly and competent, arrived on time, etc. The quote was quite reasonable, so we set up an initial cleaning for the following week so I could judge if their work was what I needed. He himself arrived with a team of very friendly folks who did a great job--I have agreed to a long-term bi-monthly schedule with them. Only one cleaning so far, so we'll see how things go and I will update my review accordingly, but at this point I am very happy.

Chappell Cleaning has been doing a wonderful job of keeping my mother's home clean for over a year now. Fernando and his team come biweekly and always leaving the house sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Chappell cleaning thoroughly cleans the house each time they come, but always pay special attention to those areas used the most. Fernando is a highly ethical and caring businessman. I highly recommend his company's services. They send reminders each time before they come, arrive on time and let me know ( as I live out of town), when they have completed the job for my mother.

We have been using Fernando and his team for almost a year now for biweekly housecleaning and they have been truly wonderful. We used several other services before them and they always start out great and then after a while, the service starts to slip or they start to need to move your day around or something comes up. None of this happens with Fernando and his crew, they do a great job, every single time, they are prompt, courteous and they go over and above to make sure that the house looks great. We had a kitchen renovation over the summer, so even though that room was closed off, there was still a lot of extra dust. Fernando and his crew kept up with the cleaning throughout the renovation and kept the house as clean as possible given the renovation. They are a very customer focused company and though we have not had any complaints, I am sure that if we did, they would be resolved promptly. I cannot say enough good things about them and I highly recommend them.

Fernando and his team are extremely professional. They do a great job cleaning and add extra special touches. It’s also really nice that Fernando can communicate well through text messaging and even uses Venmo!

My house looks new again! Natalia did an amazing job, and she was very pleasant in addition. For the amount of work she did, the price was more than fair. Now I feel less stressed and I can focus on organizing my things and not be overwhelmed by all the dust and ick. I’m so glad I found this company on Angie’s List. So professional and made me feel comfortable even though I was embarrassed by my messy house. I will definitely be continuing cleaning services with them!
