"Trustworthy. Rob did everything he said he would do and a little bit more. Everything was well done. One task (stump grinding) took longer than he had estimated because it was a bit outside of his core experiences, but instead of hurrying through other tasks or passing the extra costs on to us he did as he said he would do without complaint. "We contracted Jacobs to excavate around a pool install from last August; our yard was a mess with trenches and mounds of dirt/sand left behind from the pool install. "They removed a weed infested ground cover that was beyond manageable. Put down a double weed block later, installed river rock and plantings. They removed and replaced a retaining wall that was aging with beautiful stone blocks. They removed weeds and dead plants behind our house and landscaped it for easy maintenance. The workmen we're on time, worked hard and completed the job in the time promised. All workers were polite and courteous."
