Not honest about cost of labor. Be sure to ask what his partner charges bc I was almost double charged for labor on last job!! Used Grace Plumbing twice because we were so happy with the first job. When I asked his cost for labor he did not include the cost of labor for his partner. They replaced the tub plugs in 3 tubs for the second job. Took under an hour (close to an hour) and he charged me $225 in labor. $100 for his partner and $125 for him. Even though his cost of labor that he told me was $125 for the first hour. The one bathroom also had the trash still on toilet and plug wasn’t screwed on. When I spoke to him after, he said that the cost would have been the same but I don’t believe it would have taken him two hours. I explained I understood he has to pay his partner but when you tell someone what you charge you either include your partner in that charge or you have to disclose your partners fees. I feel like I was taken advantage of. My husband is beyond angry and mad I paid him the total cost of labor. Buyer Beware!!

Jason from Grace plumbing was fast and super helpful. We first got a washer and dryer moved upstairs from in the basement. Then a week later we found a leak in a kitchen sink and called him back out. He was here and had a new faucet in and the leak fixed within 2 days. Definitely will use Grace plumbing again.

Work went without any problems.

He replaced the rubber ring and the o ring inside the tank. Took about 30 minutes total. Only real negative was that he doesn't take cards - cash or check. In this day and age it's outdated not to take cards.

This was the second time I've used Grace Plumbing, the first experience was great, but the second was far above and beyond what I expected. I had my water softener fail on me two days before I was expecting guests to visit. I called around to find the first available plumber expecting to pay more for emergency service. Grace Plumbing was able to come out the next day, charged a reasonable rate, used a great product, and was extremely professional. All-and-all their rate for next day service was not much more than I would have expected to pay from a big-box appliance dealer.

Overall, the job itself went fairly well. The cost was overpriced by ~$300, but I was in a hurry, so didn't wait for the other quotes to come in before committing. My own fault there. As for the rest, the water heater works and the piping hasn't leaked, but when moving my old unit out, he gouged one of the doors right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge the fact. Secondly, I found a couple days later that the inlet valve on my washer leaked (never had before), filling the basin with water and overflowing a bit into the floor. The washer wasn't on at the time. This happened again a few days later. I then realized that there was some scale or other material that must have broken loose and blocked the valve open slightly. What i learned after some research was that after a major plumbing job such as this, it's common to first open a valve to an outside faucet or remove a filter from an inside faucet to let any debris get flushed out...but this plumber never made such a suggestion. I wouldn't use his services again.

Had an emergency leak and received prompt attention for a very reasonable price. Installed single handle faucet with oversized trim to cover previous two handle holes. Work area in the wall was too tight for me to accomplish. (I usually do my own plumbing.)

Jason from Grace installed a brand new Gas Hot Water heater and expansion tank. He did meticulous work and cleaned up the subpar work done by the plumber who installed our original 17 year old tank. Jason is very professional and a really nice guy as well.

Dean Grace called to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was okay. Very professional but friendly too. Very happy to have found a plumber to replace our retired one.

Jason was very responsive, professional and helpful. He was at our house and on the job within 25 minutes from the call. We were without water on a weekend. He quickly fixed the issue and even asked that we follow up with him later that day to ensure that the issue was resolved.

The jobs were handled promptly and professionally.

We had attempted to do the plumbing work ourselves, and when we couldn't get the old faucet out, decided to call a plumber. I had seen several reviews on this company on a different site and decided to check Angie's list, too. I was very pleased to find a Christian based company. Jason communicated with us very quickly and was very friendly and professional. His prices are very fair, and he did a wonderful job. I would definitely use his services again and am happy to recommend him to anyone else.

There was some miscommunication with getting service scheduled, but once that was worked out, everything went well. Jason responded quickly when we initially called to get a quote. He explained what the pump was like and estimated how much it would cost. He also answered all of our questions. He texted to schedule a time to do the work but he did not see our reply. We texted him a week later and he responded immediately and scheduled service. He showed up on time and did the job rapidly and professionally. He took plenty of time to explain how the system works as well. We were very pleased, And the final cost was less than his quote.

Dean was on time, did a great job installing and explaining the new sump pump and the backup system. He left everything spotless, and was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Jason took the appointment and performed the work.  Within 15 minutes of taking my information (50 Gal, 40k BTU, standard vent water heater), he returned my call with an exact estimate for the work, including disposal of the old heater.
The work was scheduled for later that same week.  He arrived on time, and he was well groomed and professionally dressed.  After explaining the work to be performed, he got busy.  A couple hours later he showed me the new water heater, and explained how it worked.  It was as if he had never been at the house because cleanup was so thorough.
Jason is a gentleman and very easy to talk to.  I've used Grace Plumbing in the past (Bluemax replacement), and I would definitely hire them again.
One note on price.  I rated Grace an A on price.  I assume it was an "average" price, but I don't really know how good it was.  I didn't bother getting estimates from anyone else because I know I can trust these guys.  So even if I paid a bit extra, it was worth it to me.

I have had them on and off for a number of years. They are great. I really like the owner. He is very professional.

He did a great job and he’s a great guy.  He finished the work in about 45 minutes and it’s held up fine since then.  I’d definitely recommend him!

Called Jason on Saturday morning with a water leak that required all my water to be shut off. He was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. Very professional and took care of my problem with ease. Very god experience.

I have used this company several times. I like that they are a Christian based family. They are honest and give you good advice. They are responsive in emergency situations. They do good work, and we have never had any problems with any of the work that they have done.
