"Arrived right when expected (and even called first), and did the work in a little over an hour. He worked quite hard, and even was able to get out some dark graphite stains left on a light colored carpet by a recliner. The agreement was that heavy furniture wouldn't be moved, which I understood in advance, but he did get under a sofa and some chairs for me. Once the carpet was dried, there was a newly spotted area that appeared to be a deposit of the solution that hadn't been pulled out.
