"Hello Sir, All electricians will be doing the same thing as I did. After a comprehensive diagnostic of your light fixture issue at your sink - there was no wire connected to the switch and I just do not know how it was working without wiring connected to the switch. I tried to be honest with you and I can replace the switch that you provided even the existing switch found no issue and working as it should. I just have told them that the light switch was bad and solve the problem."
"I have completed the job as requested by the customer but found further issues which caused the old and new GFCI to trip when connected to the bathroom wires. I need to find the shorted ground and hot wire above the ceiling or provide the customer with a cost-effective solution tomorrow. I've found the issue - there was a junction box on the wall 8 feet above that caused the GFCI to trip. Place an electrical tape on the old wires and try to reset the GFCI and all receptacle outlets are working as they should. The customer was very thankful that we found the issue."
