"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.
