"We had all of our windows replaced and a sliding glass door. The team was professional, courteous and punctual. They answered all of my questions. The crew leader identified an issue with the frame of one the windows, something I would not have noticed but he was honest about it so we can get it fixed. He demonstrated how to operate the windows and the sliding glass door. I was impressed with how clean they left things. They made sure no material or trash was left behind when then they were done. They finished in the two day time period they quoted me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that is in the market for new windows. They did a great job. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."
