The glass manufacturer sent the wrong size glass which he did not realize until he took out the first window, so I now have a temporarily taped window until the right sized one comes in. He measured the rest though and the installation was quick and VERY clean. They will be hired again to redo the other window."

He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

The crew leader identified an issue with the frame of one the windows, something I would not have noticed but he was honest about it so we can get it fixed. He demonstrated how to operate the windows and the sliding glass door. I was impressed with how clean they left things. They made sure no material or trash was left behind when then they were done. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined.
