"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"David Underhill and his crew were great to work with from the start. We began by hiring Gayle Fraser to design our backyard project and ODB implemented that design. Bid was not the lowest I received out of four but was close. We went with ODB because of their reputation/reviews and the engagement we had with them as we reviewed our options. They didn’t disappoint. There were a few design items we adapted during construction which improved the end product but didn’t lead to cost surprises. David expertly managed the various subcontractors (his crew - Manuel was awesome, electric, plumbing for gas line, stone masons). The only thing I’d advise prospective clients is that ODB is in high demand and they will probably have to wait some months before the project begins because other clients are ahead of them when they sign the contract. For us, it was better to go with the best option for quality of work rather than who could get it done sooner."

Drew, the owner, is incredibly skilled at his craft and was simply fascinating to watch as he measured, demolished and ultimately replaced with great skill a wall we asked him to remove and replace with glass doors. He was efficient in his work, and patient with us in explaining what he was doing and what he needed from us at every step of the way. We found him to be very personable with a great sense of humor. "This company is top notch all the way. We put in a whole new kitchen (with hickory cabinets!), flooring, backsplash, and appliances, updated dining room, family room, and powder room. Chris and Nathan really know what they are doing. They are very professional, nice and so easy to work with. They gave us lots of ideas we were not even thinking about. The end result is gorgeous! We are so happy with their work. Simeon does fantastic tile work. Price was right and work was above and beyond. The painter they hired for our home was fantastic - we really liked Paul. The whole process was amazing and we will be calling them back for more projects soon. Chris really seemed to understand and get my design style and made recommendations accordingly.
