"Dave was very responsive and easy to work with. He did a good job of interpreting how I wanted the railing to look. He also addressed problems we had with the original railing. He and his crew did the work very quickly and were clean. The price was on the high end for what I was expecting, however, overall it seemed like a good price for the work that was done. The only concern I had was the strength of the railing as one side seemed a bit flimsy. Dave said that couldn't be avoided based on the design I had given him which I beleive to be the case."

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"The crew that did our siding went above and beyond. This is a older house and a few of the window seals were not the same, so instead of just wrapping them they took the time to do some extra work and make all the windows the same. EXCELLENT JOB , GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP!!! I have done remodeling on my own and have Evan sided and wrapped a house on my own and Iâm a perfectionist!! The crew that did this job are top notch and can come back and work on my home anytime!!"
