Small jobs welcome

"Yury and Sergei were wonderful and easy to work with. Actually the best crew I have ever had the pleasure to hire, and I have had many projects done through the years. I tend to do most of my own repairs, but this was beyond my skill set. Knowing many of the details necessary, I can say they excelled on every count exceeding my expectations. Plus, Yury always responded promptly and courteously. They will definitely be my first phone call for any future project. I have referred them to several friends/family already. Thank you Yury and Sergei."

"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"I happened upon David when he was working on another house and saw the quality of his work firsthand. So, I talked with him about my kitchen and he came and looked at it. It took a little while to get an estimate, because he was busy, but it was well worth the wait. He had a lot of good ideas to share. Instead of doing a few things to improve my kitchen it was totally redone. He was punctual to arrive or he let me know that he couldn't come a day which wasn't very often. The quality of his work was excellent. He met many challenges in this old house,, but he tackled every one . I'm very pleased with my new kitchen! The price was very reasonable. He also took out and put in a water softner. He did some other things as well. He went above and beyond! I would definitely hire him again and in fact we talked about some other things for him to do here."

Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts

You may need a local building permit and written permission from your homeowner’s association to install a shed, especially if you’re doing any substantial land clearing or installing electricity or plumbing. Permit requirements vary between municipalities, so research the local laws before starting your project. If you hire a contractor to build the shed, they can help determine which permits will be necessary.

The pro you need to hire to build your shed depends on the shed you purchase. A local handyman or general contractor can help build a prefab shed for you. However, if you’re looking for a custom shed, contacting a shed builder near you is the best option. Make sure you get quotes from 3 pros to decide on the best pro for your job.

Building a treehouse can vary in difficulty depending on factors such as design complexity, size, and the builder’s woodworking experience. Basic treehouses with simple designs can be manageable for DIYers with some carpentry skills, while more elaborate structures may pose challenges. Adequate planning, research, and careful execution can make the process more manageable, and resources like premade plans or professional assistance are always available for additional support.

The lifespan of a barn is typically 40 to 60 years, but with skillful construction and proper maintenance, it can last up to 100 years. The actual lifespan depends on several factors, including the barn type, materials, usage, and climate. For example, the posts of a pole barn should last 50 years or longer, but if the structure is used for livestock in a rainy climate, it may rot within the first decade. Custom designs with high-end materials tend to last the longest. To get the best estimate for your barn's lifespan, you should consider its material type and intended use.

The maximum size of a tiny home you can move depends on your state transportation guidelines, but the rule of thumb is a maximum of 400 square feet. However, as long as it falls within the local limits for traveling on public roadways, you should be good to hit the road.
