I happened upon David when he was working on another house and saw the quality of his work firsthand. So, I talked with him about my kitchen and he came and looked at it. It took a little while to get an estimate, because he was busy, but it was well worth the wait. He had a lot of good ideas to share. Instead of doing a few things to improve my kitchen it was totally redone. He was punctual to arrive or he let me know that he couldn't come a day which wasn't very often. The quality of his work was excellent. He met many challenges in this old house,, but he tackled every one . I'm very pleased with my new kitchen! The price was very reasonable. He also took out and put in a water softner. He did some other things as well. He went above and beyond! I would definitely hire him again and in fact we talked about some other things for him to do here.

Dave and his crew were talented, friendly, and professional. Our job was a real challenge, since the property is old and also had been a rental property for many years. We are thrilled with all of the work/improvements made to our condo. It s hard to believe it could look so good!

I had some storm damage to my home. He repaired the siding very well. There were several wires on the back of my house connected to my garage. He ask me if I wanted them and told me that they did not do anything so I said no, that if they did not do anything I did not want them. After he left I discovered that some of the lighting controls to the lights in the back yard did not work. I called Mr. Carvour and told him. He came back and I showed him the problem. He worked for a while and then said he had to have an electrician come in to fix it. I ask him how much it was going to cost. He said don't worry he would add it to the bill for the painting (I had ask him about painting the interior of the house). I did not understand why I would have to pay for an electrician because the problem was caused by Mr. Carvour - he tore down the wires - he should have paid to fix them. I also should not have to pay additional monies to fix a problem Mr. Carvour created. He did have an electrician come over and look around. I made several phone calls to Mr. Carvour to try and find out when he was going to fix it. He did not follow through. He even went so far as to change one of the lights on the back of the garage to be on permanently instead of my being able to turn it off with the switch as it was before he changed it.

Timely, very professional, certainly will rehire for future projects.
