We sat down together and talked through the different options for the mini-split AC unit I wanted installed in my master bedroom. Since I had already researched the different manufacturers, it was an easy progression of talking through the options and alignment on pricing. I had requested estimates from two other companies, but Logan came in a little less expensive and was tied with overall professionalism and quality, least of which was noted by reading through lots of reviews. Tony S and Dan C did my install, which took about 8 hrs including breaks/lunch, etc. Both explained what they were doing at each step, and they asked me throughout if I had any questions. "Two Archer Plumbing plumbers came to my house to unclog a drain in my basement that used to be a toilet, but was now capped off. The cap had shot off because of a clog underground. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!

"Brandon and his crew dug a 3 foot deep 75 foot long ditch for a new water line through a heavily landscaped terrace where a mechanical ditch cutting machine could not be used. I cannot begin to describe all the ways they were thoughtful about the project and careful to preserve the existing landscape. He had to reschedule the first meeting for the job estimate because of a time conflict, but we met the next day. The following day his crew showed up and completed the project in just two day. The ditch location required cutting through hard clay. The company can apparently do many different kinds of projects besides landscaping. I will definitely hire Brandon and his crew again for other projects."

Installed a new main water shutoff valve with a pressure regulator valve, and an overflow tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement.
