As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

"We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! "I have had Thomas & Galbraith servicing my furnace and air conditioner since they put it in around 9 years ago and have always been very happy with the repairmen until this evening. Tonight it was quite apparent the serviceman did not know what he was doing. He actually facetimed with someone he called Dad trying to walk him through changing out my thermostat which he had decided was the problem. It turned out not to be the problem. He could not figure out why the house was cooling but the old and new thermostats had high temperatures. He then said he had been here too long. And then because he wasn't able to fix anything he wanted to charge me the service fee which should be waved if something is repaired under my warranty but because he couldn't figure out what was wrong he didn't fix anything."
