I think they took advantage.

They have specials on oil changes. I just use them for what I know they are good at and that's oil changes.

I think that their integrity is not there. They create situations on people's automobiles to get more money. For instance, if I go in for an oil change, they come back to me, since I have a credit card with them, "Do you want to save some money today? I can fix something more for you today." And I say, "No". "I see that you need new tires, and this isn't working..." They will start picking out stuff. If I'm coming in for an oil change, why are they trying to get more money from me? To improve their service, stop trying to price gouge and try to get people to do stuff that they aren't there for. The accept appointments and they go by the book.

Every time I take my car there to have the tires rotated/balanced, the car comes back shaking worse than before I left it. Also, I believe they use scare tactics to get you to spend more money on repairs than you need to. I had a 2009 with 40k miles on it and they scared me so badly that I traded it. I tried multiple locations in the Columbus area, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and they all used the same tactics. Never again.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Once we arrived, they took our car around and performed an oil change and inspection. After roughly 20 min, they took us back to our vehicle and explained other maintenance issues we might need to address (like a cracking belt and fluids). Overall experience was good and I recommend them.

The service was fine overall. The price was more than going to a local family-owned business and was expensive, which is why I wouldn't go back to them again, but they were very professional.

The service wasn't very good. I was disappointed. They did a lot of work on my wife's car that I do not believe was necessary, so I haven't used them since.

The service was okay overall. They told us that there was a leak in our truck, but when we took the truck somewhere else, they couldn't find a leak. It seemed that every time we had the truck checked out during an oil change, they always found something wrong, so we haven't been there since. I'm not sure if the technicians are inexperienced, or if they just tried to make money, but we now go to a different mechanic.
