Bruce did a great job. First he met the best quote I got from other installers. Did a great job installing the doors. Followed up and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! The picture shows one of the two doors Buckeye Door Sales installed.

Simon called ahead and told me he would be arriving at 2 p.m. At 1:59 p.m., he pulled into my driveway. The door that i called about wasn't broken, it just needed some maintenance work and oil, and a readjustment of the tracking. When he was finished, he asked about the other door, and offered to look at it since "he was here anyway..." Long story short... the $500 repair I was quoted was much less severe. Simon patiently examined the unit, made some adjustments, and rewired some cables in the motor, after which the door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the quality of the technician. I would HIGHLY reccomend them.

The technician showed up a bit ahead of time and was very professional. He was concerned with making sure the garage door was working properly as a unit and not just replacing the two springs. He oiled it up, fixed the lights in the overhead unit that weren't working, and added a center piece (I forget what it is called) that should have been there when garage door was first installed. None of this cost extra.

They are excellent, and Bruce is fantastic! They always are so very quick and responsive. They are extremely accommodating, and always do great work and clean up after.

I felt like I got beat on the deal. He didn't do anything, he looked at the rollers and inspected it, but he didn't do anything physically. I wouldn't use them again. They were on time, and he was professional, but he didn't do anything. It was play work.

I bought this deal from Angie's List for Garage Door Tune Up and In Voucher it mentioned that it will replace roller however that was typo. Although it was typo, Provider honored the deal and replaced the roller. Awesome customer service and prompt reply for any queries. Highly recommend this provider.
