Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench. It’s an old firehouse that didn’t have a thermostat amongst other part that were missing which kept it from being habitable in the winter. He came in with his team and was able to fix the 3 boiler system and get a thermostat. Now it’s no longer under 50 inside the building. Definitely recommend."

Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!"
