I had taken my car there for quite some time because of the convience factor since i could drop it off and walk across the parking lot to work then pick it up when it was finished. There were plenty of warning signs to stop going there but i kept going because i figured not shuting my hood or forgetting to bolt something back together were oversights and nothing more. 3 different times i asked them to make sure the transfer case had oil in it and three different times they failed to do so. There was no oil on the ground after driving it and the undercariage was clean when i took it to a different mechanic. After 6 months of it continually getting louder and louder it finally broke and when i tried to talk to the manager at Piqua Express Care about it he became very aggitated and made it clear he had no desire to discuss the issue with me and that the conversation was done.
