"It was great. Crew showed up before the sun was up. Got straight to work. Competed in one day and site was clean when they left. Exceeded my expectations."

"They installed backsplash above the bathroom sink and shelves. Backsplash is made from mosaic tiles that comes in sheets 12x12. They installed a total of 8ft, but it was not a single sheet that could be installed without adjustment because of outlet, switch, cabinet above,etc. In some areas they had to work in tight quarters, but everything is done very neatly and was completed in less than 3 hours. Next day they came to grout and caulk.

He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! "My experience was exactly the same as the previous review dated 11/28/17. I purchased an offer for $108 for 6 hours of cleaning from Angie's List. I received no contact from the company so I e-mailed them, and received a reply saying they "no longer worked" with Angie's List and that I could pay them directly or contact Angie's List for a refund. I contacted Angie's List to inquire about the company and they said they asked General Home Services to get back to me to schedule the cleaning. However, I did not receive any further contact from the company. When I contacted Angie's List again, they said "I see the company is no longer advertising with us." And yet, as of today (12/3/17), they are still offering the deal of $108 for 6 hours of house cleaning. This has been very frustrating and a huge waste of time for me. I too am not sure if the problem lies with Angie's List or the company, or both. In that respect, my rating of 'C' for the company needs some qualification."
