Eugene came very quickly, tested the lock and knew immediately what needed to be done to fix it and did so. Because he had done that repair so quickly and the lock worked so well afterwards, we asked him to look at a back door lock that was a problem. He tested it and explained why it needed to be replaced and then did so very expertly and quickly. The price was reasonable. We would definitely call Eugene again for his very professional, prompt and expert help. We will highly recommend him."
