"Very friendly, courteous team. They explained everything clearly and were very thorough. They had to go up to the Attic through the the bedroom closet. I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Very happy with their work and with the two that came to inspect and resolve my issue. A week later and no issues or noises."

"While someone did come over when scheduled and set traps, and squirrels were caught, it took days after calling to have them removed for someone to get rid of the animals. Traps were set again just in case, and no more squirrels for a few days, and no evidence of them. However, the siding removed and hole made to set traps sat there for a few more weeks - took a couple more calls to get them to finally complete the job, and then only after reminding them who we were and what we needed. For what was done we were charged $498. That seems a little high for the service that kept us waiting so long with exposed wood and traps."

They are professional at one thing, making up excuses why nothing is their fault. My neighbors do not use a lawn care company and their lawns look better than mine. I have had 3 lawn care companies in 35 years, this one for the last few years and my lawn now looks the worst ever. I can't wait to hear the BS from Dave the owner denying that any fault is his. DO NOT USE THIS LAWN CARE COMPANY unless you like headaches!! PS. He had agreed to give me a discount if I paid cash"
