The basement (especially the "original" portion) had been pretty much untouched for decades before we moved in - we're talking junk, dirt, spider webs, bugs, etc. Ray and his crew did a haul-out of everything still remaining and then a deep clean with pressure washing/sanitizing. They also procured and installed steel shelving for storage and then organized the items we wanted to keep on the shelves. The basement is unrecognizable! I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me.
