They came when scheduled, on time! Assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, when we approved they got to work. Completed repair quickly and I might I add, affordably! Super polite, both technicians and customer service. We are very pleased, garage door is working again. We would recommend Prestige Door to anyone looking for this kind of service.

they called shortly after I entered my request and made plans to do the work quickly. they tried to do some things to just repair the garage remote. but I decided to go ahead and change the old opener because of its limitations.

Exceptional, professional service for the garage to be repaired. We had to have coil and cable replacement. I highly recommend this company. They offered same day service for the garage repairs. The repairmen were very knowledgeable about the repairs and completed the repairs in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the wonderful service. We will pass this company on to our family and friends that may need garage door repair services in the future. This was a surprisingly outstanding experience for us. My garage door broke late in the evening and they arrived early the next morning. Kevin offered two different cost solutions and overall was under his original estimate, which was good to begin with. Completed work within the hour and even repaired damage done prior to the door for no extra cost. Highly recommend. Hope I never need anymore work done, (ie oldest son learns to back out of garage straight lol) but if so will not hesitate to call them.
