I chose to go with the rotary cleaning process because I had some pet stains & it had been a while since I had the carpets cleaned. As an added bonus, they promise to remove 95% of the water left in the carpet - meaning there isn't a significant wait time before I could use the room again. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours.
